D-MIC 2000, 3000, 4000
Epoxy based floor topping systems
D-MIC systems are epoxy floor topping systems. Once cured, they provide chemical resistance, strong, and easy-to-clean hygienic look. The system is suitable for electronic control rooms, food-processing facilities, and operating rooms in hospitals.
D-MIC 2000 is a solvent-free, glossy epoxy floor topping at the thickness of 2-3 mm.
D-MIC 3000 is a solvent-free, semi-glossy epoxy floor topping at the thickness of 1-2 mm.
D-MIC 4000 is a solvent-based epoxy coating for horizontal and vertical surfaces.
Surface preparation
The surface must be dry, clean and sound. The surface should be primed with D-MIC primer (A+B) and leave to cure for 8-14 hours.
Application
Mix Part A and B of D-MIC using mechanical mixer until homogeneous consistency is achieved. Apply to the primed surface by spreading over the area using notched trowel and use spike roller to eliminate air bubbles and to smoothen the surface. For D-MIC 4000, apply using short-haired rollers for two coats. Leave for at least 24 hours before use.
