CONLITE GP GROUT

Non-Metallic General-Purpose Non-Shrink Grout

CONLITE GP GROUT is a non-metallic non-shrink cementitious grout suitable for grouting 20-150 mm gap.  It is used for grouting machine foundation, columns in precast construction, or anchor bolts.

Surface preparation

The surface must be clean and sound with no contaminants.  Thoroughly wet the area with clean water.

Application

Mix 1 bag of CONLITE GP GROUT with 4 litres of water using mechanical mixer until homogeneous consistency is achieved.  Pour the mixed mortar into the prepared formwork from one side to avoid entrapped air.  Once hardened, cure the exposed grout surface with wet cloths for at least 3 days.
