EXPANDCRETE S HIGHFLOW
Low-Viscosity Non-Shrink Grout
EXPANDCRETE S HIGHFLOW is a non-metallic non-shrink cementitious grout specially formulated for high flowability.  It can be used for underplate grouting, road repair, gap filing, anchoring. 

Surface preparation

The surface must be clean and sound with no contaminants.  Thoroughly wet the area with clean water.

Application

Mix 1 40-kg bag of EXPANDCRETE HIGHFLOW with 5.5-6.5 litres of water depending on the required flowability using mechanical mixer until homogeneous consistency is achieved.  Pour the mixed mortar into the prepared formwork from one side to avoid entrapped air.  Once hardened, cure the exposed grout surface with wet cloths for at least 3 days.
